Cher Honored For Charitable Work

Cher has, among other celebrities, been honored for her charity work for the organization called "The World is Just a Book Away", which is an organization that help children in developing countries to gain access to books.
When talking about books, you also need to talk about libraries. That's what the honor is all about.
Cher has been honored by getting a library named after her. The library is located on Bali Indonesia, and opened on December 18, 2009.
